Landscaping Report: Potter Tower

Image of the top of the Potter Tower. Metal, silver platform with a deep, circular hole in the centre. A clear, glass tube is suspended above the hole and held in place by three equidistance silver, metal rods attached to the platform. A thin, u-shaped, inverted metal tube rests within the glass tube and a clear rubber tube is attached to the metal tube and runs to the back of the platform at the back of the photo.
